煤炭企业兼并重组是化解过剩产能、实现高质量发展的重要途径。通过描述改革开放以来我国煤炭企业兼并重组的历程和特点,梳理煤炭企业兼并重组的不同形式,包括"横向联合"模式、"纵向整合"模式、"专业化重组"模式,分析不同模式下煤炭企业兼并重组的特点,对煤炭企业兼并重组的实践经验及规律进行研究,提出未来煤炭企业兼并重组的建议。

Merger and reorganization of coal enterprises is an important way to resolve excess capacity and achieve high quality development. By describing the course and characteristics of the merger and reorganization of coal enterprises in China since the reform and opening up, this paper sorted out the different forms of the merger and reorganization of coal enterprises, including ＂horizontal combination＂ mode, ＂vertical integration＂ mode and ＂specialized reorganization＂ mode, analyzed the characteristics of the merger of coal enterprises under different modes, studied the practical experience and laws of merger and reorganization. And suggestions for merger and reorganization of coal enterprises in the future were proposed.
