基于Flow-3D的铝合金缸盖浇注系统设计及充型模拟

摘要 以摩托车发动机缸体为例,研究其压铸模具浇注系统的设计。由于该类零件形状较复杂,壁厚不均,在压铸过程中很容易产生各种缺陷,特别是模具的浇注系统设计不当时,铸件容易产生卷气、气孔、冷隔等缺陷,从而严重影响铸件的力学性能。针对以上情况,对摩托车发动机缸体压铸模具进行浇注系统的设计,并利用FLOW-3D软件进行了充型模拟,基于模拟,优化了浇注方案,取得了良好的效果。 The design of the gating system for the die casting die of motorcycle engine block was performed.Because of the complex shape and uneven wall thickness,it is easy to generate various defects in process of die casting.Especially when the design of the casting system of the die is not reasonable,airentrapment,gas hole,cold shut defects can be generated,which seriously affect the mechanical properties of the castings.In view of the above problems,the design of the gating system was optimized based on the Flow-3D simulation,obtaining the satisfied effects.
