Synthesis Mechanism of Mg_3Sb_2 Reinforced Magnesium Matrix Composites

摘要 采用原位反应法制备不同Mg_3Sb_2体积分数的镁基复合材料。计算了不同温度下反应的吉布斯自由能和不同Sb含量的绝热温度,对复合材料进行X射线衍射(XRD)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)的检测。结果表明,原位反应方法可制备不同Mg_3Sb_2体积分数的镁基复合材料;Mg和Sb结合生成Mg_3Sb_2的反应能自发进行;Sb含量分别为7.7%、15.4%、23.1%时,Mg-Sb合成反应不能自蔓延发生,金属间化合物Mg_3Sb_2的合成温度分别为544.58、621.84和666.14℃。 Magnesium matrix composites with different volume fractions of Mg3Sb2 by in-situ method were prepared.The Gibbs free energy at different temperatures and adiabatic temperature of different Sb contents were calculated,and the composites were examined by X ray diffraction(XRD)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results reveal that the magnesium matrix composites with different volume fractions of Mg3Sb2can be prepared by in-situ method.The 3Mg+2Sb=Mg3Sb2reaction can be carried out spontaneously.When the Sb content is 7.7%,15.4%and 23.1%,the synthesis reaction of Mg-Sb cann't occur spontaneously.The synthesis temperature of intermetallic compound Mg3Sb2is544.58℃,621.84℃and 666.14℃,respectively.
