基于Simufact的QSn7-0.2衬套强力旋压与变薄拉深的成形精度 被引量:1

Forming Accuracy of Power Spinning and Ironing of Tin Bronze Connecting Rod Bushing Based on Finite Element Software

摘要 利用有限元仿真软件Simufact中强力旋压和变薄拉深模块分别对相同的连杆衬套毛坯进行了三旋轮错距强力旋压和3次变薄拉深两种工艺的数值模拟。以连杆衬套的实际外径、内圆度误差和壁厚偏差作为成形精度的评价指标,从而探究三旋轮错距强力旋压和3次变薄拉深两种工艺成形后的成形精度。结果表明,采用3次变薄拉深工艺加工成形后的连杆衬套成形精度略优于三旋轮错距强力旋压,但其强度低于强力旋压后工件的强度[1]。 In order to get better quality of tin bronze connecting rod bushing,two modules of power spinning and ironing in Simufact software were used to treat the same tubular blank.The actual outer diameter,internal roundness error and thickness deviation of connection rod bushing after numerical simulation were considered as estimated index in order to research the forming accuracy of the power spinning process of three rotating wheels and the ironing process of three times.The results show that the forming accuracy of the ironing process of three times is higher than that of the power spinning process of three rotating wheels,and the strength after power spinning is higher than that of ones after ironing.
