摘要
在酿酒实际生产中,酿酒原料的好坏直接影响着白酒的质量和出酒率。水分则是衡量原料质量优劣的一个重要指标,而生产原料的采购、储存、使用这一系列不同的阶段,水分的多级检测显得至关重要。传统酿酒原料的水分测定方法采用国家标准GB/T5009.3-2016测定,其过程繁琐且时间较长,不能及时指导生产。我们根据多年生产检验需求对检测原料水分进行对比探讨研究,总结了一种简单实用的酿酒原料水分的检验方法,该水分检验方法具有测量精度高、简单高效、准确可靠,可更好的应用于酿酒生产中对酿酒原料水分的测定。提升了公司对酿酒原料生产使用前的水分监管、监督、检测跟踪能力。实验结果完全符合我公司的检测数据指标范围,现对其进行推广使用。
In the actual production of wine, the quality of liquor and the yield of liquor are directly influenced by the raw materials. Water is an important index to measure the quality of raw materials, while the process of purchasing, storing and using raw materials is very important. The method of moisture determination of traditional wine making raw materials is determined by GB/T5009.3-2016. The process is tedious and the process is long and can not guide the production in time. We according to the years of production inspection requirements for testing raw material moisture compared to explore research, summed up a kind of simple and practical inspection method of liquor-making raw materials moisture, the moisture test method has high accuracy, simple, efficient, accurate, reliable and can be better applied to the determination of liquor-making raw materials moisture content in liquor production. Improve the company's ability to supervise, monitor and detect the moisture before making use of raw materials. The experimental results are fully in line with my company's detection data range and are now being used for promotion.
