摘要 在土木工程专业学生培养中应重实践,系统构建实践能力的培养环境,建设有利于工程实践能力培养的教学环境。促进教学理念的改变、加强以教师为主体的教学资源建设、运用多途径教学手段、提高学生自主学习积极性、改革课程评价体系等,是教学软环境建设的重要内容;强调企业、社会的参与,明确学校和校外主体的实践定位,也是教学软环境构建不可忽视的重要内容。 The current status that universities in China attach importance to theory but not to practice necessitates the construction of educational environment that can facilitate cultivation of engineering practice ability. Educational soft environment construction mainly includes the following important parts: accelerating the alternation of educational ideology, reinforcing the construction of educational resources with teachers as the main body, introducing of various types of teaching methodologies, enhancing the initiative of self-learning of students, and reforming the curriculum evaluation system. Meanwhile, the construction also highlights the participation of enterprises and the society as well as the practical orientation of universities and out school participants.
