摘要
连铸-热轧生产过程具有多设备、多工序、多约束的特点,而在实际生产中又存在很多不确定性,比如待轧制板坯的质量不合格、紧急订单插入或取消、设备故障等,因此需要提高其抗干扰性。针对其中的板坯入库时质量检测不合格的干扰,提出了连铸-热轧生产动态调度方法,由两个启发式算法叠套。第一步以最小化出炉时刻为目标,快速搜索替换板坯;第二步需要对问题轧制位后的各轧制位进行重调度,旨在最小化工期。经过大量实验分析,证明了该方法的有效性,符合实际生产的需求。
The production process of continuous casting and hot rolling has the characteristics of multipleequipment, multiple processes and multiple constraints. However, there are many uncertainties in the actualproduction, such as the unqualified slab to be rolled, emergency order insertion or cancellation, equipmentfailure, etc., so it is necessary to improve its anti- interference performance. Aiming at the interference ofunqualified quality detection when the slab is put into storage, a dynamic scheduling method of continuouscasting and hot rolling production was proposed, which was overlapped by two heuristic algorithms. The firststep was searching for the replaced slab quickly with the aim of minimizing the discharge time, and the secondstep was to reschedule the left rolling in order to minimize the makespan. A large number of experimentsproved that the method is effective and meets the needs of production.
