Application of Communication Technology in the Xinhua Ican3.1DCS System

摘要 针对上海新华公司Ican3.1DCS系统在某电厂中的应用,介绍了该电厂公用系统与单元机组系统的数据通讯及基于Modbus协议的DCS系统与PLC系统的通讯。公用系统与单元机组系统的通讯实现了两台单元机组同时对公用设备的操控;DCS系统与第三方PLC系统的通讯实现了不同系统间的数据通讯。Ican3.1DCS系统通讯技术的可靠应用减少了系统基建成本和维护成本,为相似工程提供了参考和借鉴。 In view of the application of the Ican3.1DCS system developed by Shanghai Xinhua Companyin one power plant, the Data communication between the utility system and the unit system andcommunication between DCS system and PLC system based on Mod bus protocol were introduced. It wasrealized that the manipulation of two units at the same time with the communication between utility systemand unit system, and the data communication between different systems with the communication betweenDCS system and third party PLC system. There liable application of Ican3.1DCS communicationtechnology can reduce the construction cost and maintenance cost of the system and provide certainreference for the similar projects.
