摘要
随着智能移动设备的普及,旅游互联网平台崛起,旅游消费者行为也表现出很强的信息化特点,蓬勃发展的旅游产业进入了大数据时代。在旅游大数据的潮流下,民宿成为一个引人注目的增长点,然而民宿的信息化建设不容乐观,有着信息管理水平弱,对互联网营销认识不足,缺乏品牌建设意识,同质化严重的问题。文章提出了学习和搭建大数据、信息化体系,主动融入旅游互联网平台生态圈和在两者基础上结合大数据分析,打造民宿独特品牌和内涵的针对性对策。
With the popularization of intelligent mobile devices and the rise of tourism Internet platforms, tourism consumerbehaviors show strong informatization characteristics, while the booming tourism industry has entered the era of big data. Underthe tourism big data trend, homestay has become a remarkable growth point. However, the informatization construction of homestayis not optimistic, with weak information management level, insufficient understanding of Internet marketing, lack of awareness ofbrand construction, and serious problems of homogeneity. For this reason, this paper proposes targeted countermeasures for learningand building big data and information system, actively integrating into the tourism Internet platform ecosphere and combining bigdata analysis on the basis of both, to build the unique brand and connotation of homestay.
