In the background of campus informationization in the new era, through the construction of ＂iNjtech＂, the status quo ofthe school informationization is analyzed. The needs and goals of schools in the construction of smart campus are introduced, andthe top-level design scheme of school smart campus construction is introduced. The connotation of the top-level design, theanalysis of the ideas and methods of the top-level design, the framework of the top-level design was elaborated, thus providing asolution for the construction of the school＇s smart campus.
