Research on the Developing Properties of Modernization of Vocational Education under the Change of Social Needs

职业教育现代化具有主动性和被动性,它需要同时满足当前社会需求与推动未来社会发展这两个条件。社会发展需求包括经济转型发展的需求,产业结构升级的需求,科技高速发展的需求及人才自我提升的需求。从需求出发,职业教育发展的现代化属性应具有科学性、市场性、发展性、公平性和开放性。

The modernization of vocational education is both active and passive. It needs to meet both the current social needs and the promotion of future social development. Social development needs include the need for economic transformation and develop- ment, the need for industrial structure upgrading, the need for rapid development of science and technology and the need for self-im- provement of talents. From the perspective of needs, the modernization properties of the development of vocational education should be scientific, marketing, development, equity and openness.
