摘要
德雷福斯提出的技能获得模型,从哲学的视角阐述了学习者的技能获得过程需要经历从新手到专家的转变过程,在认识和实践层面对高职英语教学具有重要的启示和借鉴意义。在德雷福斯技能获得模型的理念指导下,结合"在做中学"的教学方法,探讨如何将德雷福斯技能获得模型应用于高职英语教学中,将传统的任务型教学法、交际法、情境教学法、合作学习以及翻转课堂等方法与技能获得模型的各阶段相结合,以促进高职学生的职业能力与职业素养的培养。
Dreyfus model of skill acquisition, from the perspective of philosophy has expounded that the learner's skill acquisition process requires the transformation process from novice to expert. It has important enlightenment and reference for higher vocation- al English teaching in cognition and practice levels. Guided by the idea of Dreyfus model of skill acquisition and combined with the teaching method of "learning by doing", this paper discusses how to apply Dreyfus model to English Teaching in higher vocational colleges. The traditional task-based approach, communicative approach, situational approach, cooperative learning and flipped class- room are combined with the different stages of the skill acquisition model in order to promote the training of professional ability and professional quality of higher vocational students.
