Establishment of comprehensive emergency management of medical examination center in general hospital

目的建立综合性医院体检中心应急的全面管理。方法通过分析综合医院体检中心风险产生的环境因素、医护人员因素、被检人员因素，提出建立应急管理的组织体系必要性，实施体检中心应急的防范、准备、反应、恢复全过程管理，健全体检中心应急的人员管理、材料管理、方法管理、器材管理、环境管理全方位管理。结果积极改善体检环境，科学合理安排体检；制定完善各项制度，提高人员整体水平；进行分级管理，确保健康体检安全；加强应急培训和物资储备，完善应急保障体系。结论提高体检中心人员风险意识，采取积极、主动、有效的防范措施，以减少体检风险事件的发生及风险对体检者和中心的危害。

Objective The establishment of a comprehensive hospital medical center emergencyanagement. Method We analyzed the risk factors of comprehensive hospital physical examination center, including environmental, medical personnel, physical examinees. We suggested to establish the organization system of emergency management, and to implement the whole process emergency management, including prevention, preparation, response and recovery, and to regular the people, financial and material emergency management of physical examination center. Result Provide emergency corresponding risk management measuresand to provide the corresponding emergency responses. Conclusions Improve the risk awareness of physical examination center staff, take active and effective measures,in order to reduce the occurrence of risk events and risk medical harm to the people and the center.
