我国大型舰船护理人员核心技术体系研究

Construction of core nursing technical system in medical support mission on board large warship

目的构建大型舰船护理人员卫勤保障任务核心技术的指标体系。方法采用德尔菲专家函询法建立大型舰船护理卫勤保障核心技术体系。结果专家函询的权威系数为0．89。最终确立了包含4个一级指标、21个二级指标、104个三级指标的我国大型舰船护理卫勤保障核心技术体系。结论Delphi法构建的大型舰船护理人员卫勤保障核心技术指标体系具有较高的权威性和科学性，可为舰船护理人员培训提供量化的参考依据，从而提高舰船护理人员卫勤保障能力。

Objective To establish nursing staff of large warship medical Support mission system of core nursing technical. Methods Using qualitative research and Delphi expert consultation method （Delphi） , the large warship medical support mission system of core nursing technical was established. Results The authority was 0.89.the core nursing technical system of a large warship contained 4 first level indicators, 21 second level indicators, and 104 third level indicators. Conclusion The large warship medical support mission system of core nursing technical established by Delphi method has high authority and is scientific, which can provide an objective and quantitative standards for the training and evaluation of the core nursing technical system of a large warship, and can promote medical support ability of the large warship nurses.
