军民融合发展 构建智能救援体系

目的为落实习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出的“坚持富国与强军相统一，强化统一领导、顶层设计、改革创新和重大项目落实，深化国防科技工业改革，形成军民融合深度发展格局，构建一体化的国家战略体系和能力”。方法研发专业救援设备，建立军民一体的信息采集决策平台，统筹规划专业救援队伍，构建智能救援体系。结果通过近年来我国突发性公共卫生事件，突显了灾害医学救援的紧迫形势，提出了对新时代军民融合发展的目标、任务、方法和总体要求。结论军民融合是符合时代要求、实现富国强军的战略决策。应急医学救援体系的逐步完善，将成为维护民众健康的重要基础。

Results Through the sudden public health events in recent years, the urgent situation of disaster medical rescue has been highlighted, and the objectives, tasks, methods and general requirements for the integration and development of the military and the people in the new era are put forward. Conclusions Military-civilian integration is a strategic decision that meets the needs of the times and realizes the prosperity of the country. The gradual improvement of the emergency medical rescue system will become an important basis for maintaining public health.
