PD-1、PD-L1表达与食管癌的临床病理特征及预后的关系 被引量:11

摘要 研究发现程序性死亡因子-1(PD-1)、程序性死亡1-配体(PD-L1)在多种肿瘤细胞和肿瘤组织中均有表达,如黑色素瘤、非小细胞肺癌、肾母细胞瘤等,肿瘤组织中过度表达的PD-L1通过与PD-1结合下调抗肿瘤免疫反应[1,2]。目前已有多种免疫药物在临床上应用于多种恶性肿瘤,如pembrolizumab是一种高亲和力的结合PD-1的人源化IgG4-kappa抗体用于治疗晚期黑色素瘤,muvolumab用于治疗鳞状细胞肺癌,并取得美国食品药品管理局(FDA)通过及认证[3];食管癌是常见的消化道肿瘤,全世界每年约有30万人死于食管癌。
