浅析液体相对密度天平原理及常见故障调修

摘要 液体相对密度天平是结合阿基米德定律原理用来测量液体比重的天平,被广泛应用在化工、科学研究部门等实验室,是液体比重(即相对密度)测量的关键计量设备。笔者通过对液体相对密度天平的日常检定工作,发现天平的常见故障、分析故障原因及调修方法,希望本篇文章对液体相对密度天平的使用、检定以及维护保养带来帮助。 The liquid relative density balance is a balance used to measure the specific gravity of liquid in combination with the principle of Archimedes' law. It is widely used in laboratories such as chemical engineering and scientific research departments, and is a key measuring device for measuring the specific gravity of liquid (i.e. relative density). Through the routine verification of the liquid relative density balance, the author finds the common faults of the balance, analyzes the causes of the faults and the repair methods. I hope this article will help the use, verification and maintenance of the liquid relative density balance.
