康妇炎胶囊联合抗生素对人工流产术后盆腔炎的预防及治疗作用

Prevention and treatment for pelvic inflammation after artificial abortion operation by Kangfuyan capsule and antibiotic

目的 探讨康妇炎胶囊联合抗生素对人工流产术后盆腔炎的预防及治疗作用.方法 选取2015年3月至2016年3月在孝义市中医院接受治疗的人工流产术后盆腔炎患者108例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组.对照组54例采用康妇炎胶囊进行治疗,研究组54例在对照组治疗基础上联合使用抗生素进行治疗.比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后炎症因子水平以及不良反应发生率.结果 研究组治疗有效率高于对照组（98.1％比70.3％,P〈0.05）.两组治疗前炎症因子表达水平比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,研究组白细胞介素-1水平低于对照组[（263.2±3.1）pg/ml比（315.3±3.2）pg/ml,P〈0.05],白细胞介素-2水平高于对照组[（674.6±3.5）pg/ml比（586.6±3.2）pg/ml,P〈0.05].研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组（5.7％比27.8％,P〈0.05）.结论 在人工流产术后盆腔炎的临床预防与治疗中,康妇炎胶囊联合抗生素的治疗效果较为显著,能够改善患者的各种临床症状,使患者体内的炎症因子表达水平恢复正常,值得在临床上进一步推广应用.

Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment effect of Kangfuyan capsule combined with antibiotic on pelvic inflammation after artificial abortion operation .Methods A total of 108 pelvic inflammation patients after artificial abortion operation in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xiaoyi from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and were divided into research group and control group according to random number table method .Fifty-four patients in control group were given Kangfuyan capsule , while 54 patients in research group were offered Kangfuyan capsule and antibiotic .The curative effects , the expression level of inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups .Results The effective rate of research group was significantly higher than that of control group （98.1% vs.70.3%,P〈0.05）; before treatment, there was no significant difference in the expression level of inflammatory factors between the two groups （ P〉0.05）.After treatment, the expression level of interleukin-1 （ IL-1） in research group [（263.2 ± 3.1）pg/ml]was significantly lower than that in control group [（315.3 ±3.2）pg/ml, P〈0.05], and the expression level of interleukin-2 （IL-2） of research group[（674.6 ±3.5）pg/ml,] was significantly higher than that of control group [ （ 586.6 ±3.2 ） pg/ml, P〈0.05 ] .Compared with control group , research group had a lower incidence of adverse reactions （ 5.7% vs. 27.8%, P〈0.05 ） . Conclusions In the clinical prevention and treatment for pelvic inflammation after artificial abortion operation, Kangfuyan capsule combined with antibiotic has significant curative effects , and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients significantly and make the expression level of inflammatory factors normal, so it is worth further promotion and application clinically .
