头穴丛刺运动疗法对急性脑梗死运动障碍的疗效

Therapeutic effect of acupoint scalp kinesitherapy on acute cerebral infarction

目的分析头穴丛刺运动疗法对急性脑梗死运动障碍的疗效。方法对医院2017年1月至2017年6月收治的60例急性脑梗死患者在基础治疗上采用头穴丛刺治疗，并指导其对患侧肢体运动采用意识支配。分别于治疗前后和随访时观察患者rugl-Meyer运动功能积分（FMA）和Barthel指数的变化，对急性脑梗死患者肢体功能障碍改善进行客观评价。结果治疗前后患者FMA和Barthel指数比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论头穴丛刺运动疗法治疗急性脑梗死运动障碍的疗效非常显著，其可有效改善患者肢体功能障碍，值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of scalp acupuncture exercise on acute cerebral infarction dyskinesia. Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction in hospital from January 2017 to June 2017 were treated with scalp acupuncture on the basic treatment, and they were guided to use consciousness to control the limb movement. The changes of Fugl-Meyer motion function integral（ FMA ） and Barthel index were observed before and after treatment and follow-up, and the improvement of limb dysfunction in patients with acute cerebral infarction was evaluated objectively. Results The FMA and Barthel indices were significantly different before and after treatment, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The curative effect of scalp acupuncture and sports therapy on acute cerebral infarction dyskinesia is very significant. It can improve the limb dysfunction of patients, so it is worthy of application.
