X线钡餐及128排CT联合应用对弥漫浸润性胃癌的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of combined X-ray barium meal and 128 slice CT in diffuse infiltrative gastric cancer

目的探讨X线钡餐、128排cT联合应用对弥漫浸润性胃癌的诊断价值。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月阳泉煤业集团总医院收治的12例弥漫浸润性胃癌为研究对象，患者均行X线钡餐钡餐、128排CT进行临床诊断，结合临床手术病理结果对比分析X线、128排CT和两者联合诊断对临床鉴别弥漫浸润性胃癌的价值。结果①病理诊断结果比较：联合诊断病理符合率明显高于X线钡餐和CT，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；②不同大小肿块诊断情况比较：联合诊断对于≤5cm和〉10（3m肿块的诊断率比其他两种方式更高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论X线钡餐操作简单、成本低廉，可作为临床早期筛查胃癌的基本手段，但如果X线检查过程中发现问题，需要采用CT对患者实施检查，增加临床诊断的准确性。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined use of X-ray barium meal and 128-slice CT in diffuse invasive gastric cancer. Methods Twelve patients with diffuse infiltrating gastric cancer from January 2016 to January 2017 in Yangquan Coal Group General Hospital were selected. All patients underwent X-ray barium meal and 128-slice CT for clinical diagnosis. Combined clinical pathological findings, the value of X-ray barium meal were compared with 128-slice CT and the combination of the two methods in the differential diagnosis of diffuse invasive gastric cancer. Results ①Comparison of pathological diagnosis： the coincidence ratio of combined diagnosis was significantly higher than that of X-ray barium meal and CT, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; ②The comparison of diagnosis of different size masses ： joint diagnosis was less than or equal to 5 cm. The diagnostic ratio of 〉 10 cm tumors was higher than that of the other two methods, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions X-ray barium meal has the characteristics of simple operation and low cost. It can be used as a basic method for early screening of gastric cancer. However, if problems are found during the X-ray examination, CT examination is needed to increase the accuracy of clinical diagnosis for the patients.
