Value of MSCT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of wrist injury

摘要 目的研究腕关节损伤采用多层螺旋cT(MSCT)联合磁共振成像(MRI)诊断的价值。方法选择2015年3月至2016年3月28例腕关节损伤患者,分别进行单纯MSCT、单纯MRI和MSCT联合MRI检查,按照其检查结果分为MSCT组、MRI组、联合组,比较三组检查结果。结果联合组骨折、关节脱位检出率和总检出率高于MSCT组和MRI组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。联合组移位型骨折碎片和隐匿性骨折检出率高于MRI组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。联合组骨挫伤、软骨损伤和隐匿性骨折检出率高于MSCT组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论腕关节损伤采用MSCT联合MRI诊断,对骨骼、软组织、肌腱等损伤具有更高的检出率,可获得更加准确全面的判断,具有较好的临床应用价值,值得推广。 Objective To study the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) combined with nu- clear magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for wrist joint injury. Methods Twenty-eight patients with wrist injury were performed with simple MSCT, simple MRI and MSCT combined with MRI examination. According to the results, tyey were divided into MSCT group, MRI group and combined group, and the results of three groups were compared. Results The fracture and joint dislocation detection rates and the total detection rate of the combined group group, the differences were significant (P were significantly higher than those of MSCT group and MRI 〈 0.05 ). The displaced fracture fragments and occult fracture detection rates of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the MRI group, the differ- ences were significant(P 〈 0. 05 ). The cartilage injury and occult bone contusion fracture detection rates were significantly higher than those of the MSCT group, the differences were significant (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusions MSCT combined with MRI for wrist injury has a higher detection rate for bone, soft tissue, tendon and other injuries. It can obtain more accurate and comprehensive judgment. It has good clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
