基于LabVIEW的柴油机失火故障诊断系统设计

摘要 针对柴油机工作中的失火故障问题,我们提出并设计了一种基于LabVIEW的柴油机失火故障诊断系统。该系统具有对柴油机进行信号采集、信号特征提取以及故障诊断的功能,能够对柴油机工作状态的检测及诊断。系统中将实验室虚拟仪器环境与故障诊断技术相结合并应用于柴油机失火故障检测与诊断,利用小波分析结合LabVIEW编程开发,使该系统可以对故障信号进行特征提取;系统运用LabVIEW和MATLAB混合编程技术,通过支持向量机实现了柴油机失火故障的诊断识别。工程实践应用表明:该系统可以对柴油机工作状态的测量结果进行显示、处理、存储、分析和判断,证明了系统的正确性和可行性。 According to problem of fire failure in diesel engine, it designed a fault diagnosis system for diesel engine based on LabVIEW in the paper. The system has the function of signal acquisition, feature extraction and faults diagnosis for diesel engine, in which it also can detect and diagnose the diesel engine in working. Combining the virtual instrument environment of the laboratory with the fault diagnosis technology in the system and applying it to the detection and diagnosis of the diesel engine fire failure. The system can extract the characteristics of the fault signal with using the wavelet analysis and LabVIEW. The hybrid programming technology of LabVIEW and MATLAB is used in the system to realize the diagnosis and identification of diesel engine fire failure through support vector machine. Engineering practical application shows that the system can display, process, store, analyze and judge the results of the working state of the diesel engine. The correctness and feasibility of the system are proved.
