摘要
在高寒环境下,曲轴箱通风系统内水蒸气容易在曲轴箱通风管结冰堵塞。我们对曲通管路的结冰问题进行了分析,概述了目前曲轴箱通风管防结冰技术,并提出一种优化的防结冰方法和曲轴箱通风管结构。低温测试表明,该方法可有效防止曲轴箱通风管结冰,保证曲轴箱通风系统在高寒环境的正常工作。
At low-temperature environment, water vapor in the crankcase ventilation system easily freeze and block in the crankcase ventilation tube. In this paper, the problem of freezing is analyzed. This paper summarizes the current anti-freezing technology and puts forward an optimized anti-freezing method and the structure of crankcase ventilation tube. The low-temperature test shows that the method can effectively prevent the freezing of crankcase ventilation tube and ensure the normal operation of the crankcase ventilation system in low-temperature environment.
