摘要
以香菇A05为试材,采用单因素试验和正交实验,以胞外多糖(EPS)产量为测量指标,筛选出最佳碳氮源,并优化了香菇A05产胞外多糖发酵培养基配方。结果表明:最佳配方为玉米粉2%,葡萄糖2%,麸皮3%,牛肉浸膏0.3%,KH_2PO_4 0.1%,MgSO40.05%,pH自然,胞外多糖(EPS)产量为2.92g·L^(-1)。
Taking Lentinula edodes A05 as test material,the single factor test and orthogonal experiment were used to measure the yield of exopolysaccharides（EPS）,and the optimal carbon and nitrogen source were selected,the formula of fermentation medium for the yield of exopolysaccharides of Lentinula edodes A05 was optimized.The results showed that the best formula was corn flour 2%,glucose 2%,bran 3%,beef extract 0.3%,KH2PO40.1%,MgSO40.05%,natural pH,and the yield of exopolysaccharides（EPS）was 2.92 g·L^-1.
