摘要
目的:探讨64排CT在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病上的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2015.11-2017.11确诊的新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿152例64排CT影像表现。结果:早产儿42例,足月新生儿110例,其中轻度90例,中度46例,重度16例。按部位发生于侧脑室周围髓质区32例,灰白质交界区98例,发生于双侧大脑半球12例,合并出血10例。讨论:64排CT能够对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病明确诊断,分型,且检查快捷,可以使临床对患儿病情准确把握和诊治。
Objective: to study the 64 row CT application value on neonatal hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy.Methods: a retrospective analysis of 2015. 11 to 2017. 11 of the neonatal hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy confirmed 152 cases of children 64 row CT imaging manifestations. Results: premature 42 cases,110 cases of full-term newborn,90 patients with mild to moderate,46 cases severe 16 cases. According to the parts in medulla area around 32 cases,lateral ventricle gray matter border area in 98 cases,12 cases occurred in bilateral cerebral hemisphere,combine the hemorrhage in 10 cases. Discussion: 64 row CT to neonatal hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy diagnosis,classification,and quick check,can make the clinical condition on the accurate grasp and make a diagnosis and give treatment.
