超声引导神经阻滞复合全身麻醉对复杂胫骨平台骨折术后患者疼痛程度改善及拔管时间的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导神经阻滞复合全身麻醉对复杂胫骨平台骨折术后患者疼痛程度改善及拔管时间的影响。方法:选取我院83例复杂胫骨平台骨折,按照随机数字表法分为对照组41例给予全身麻醉,观察组42例实施超声引导神经阻滞复合全身麻醉,观察比较两组术后不同时间点疼痛程度(VAS)评分、术后拔管时间、拔管后10 min Ramsay评分及躁动发生率。结果:观察组术后3 h、12 h及24 h VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后拔管时间小于对照组,拔管后10 min观察组Ramsay评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组躁动发生率为4.76%(2/42),低于对照组21.95%(9/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予复杂胫骨平台骨折患者超声引导神经阻滞复合全身麻醉,术后镇静、镇痛效果佳,拔管时间短,躁动发生率低。
