集束化护理对小儿药物中毒患儿并发症发生情况及家属负性心理的影响

Effect of Cluster Nursing on The Incidence of Complications and Family Members' Negative Psychology in Children with Drug Poisoning

目的:探讨集束化护理在小儿药物中毒患儿临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年6月至2018年5月在我院治疗的60例药物中毒患儿病例资料,将2016年6月-2017年5月采取常规护理干预的30例患儿资料组成对照组,2017年6月-2018年5月采取集束化护理干预的30例患儿资料组成观察组。比较两组患儿并发症发生情况及家属负性心理。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患儿并发症发生率较低,患儿家属负性心理评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将集束化护理干预应用于小儿药物中毒患儿治疗中可有效减少并发症发生可能性,同时减轻家属负性心理,有利于提高临床疗效。

Objective： To explore the effect of cluster nursing in the clinical treatment of children with drug poisoning. Methods： the data of 60 cases of children with drug poisoning in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. The data of 30 children with routine nursing intervention in May June 2016-2017 were composed of the control group. In May June 2017-2018,30 cases of cluster nursing intervention were used to form the observation group. The incidence of complications and family members＇ negative psychology were compared between the two groups. Results： compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the children was lower than that of the control group,and the negative psychological score of the children＇s families was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： the application of cluster nursing intervention in the treatment of children with drug poisoning can effectively reduce the possibility of complications and reduce the negative psychology of family members,which is beneficial to the improvement of clinical efficacy.
