技术创新、人力资本对中国城乡收入差距的空间溢出效应研究

Research on the Spatial Spillover Effect of Technological Innovation and Human Capital on Urban Rural Income Gap in China

运用空间杜宾模型(SDM),选取2006-2015年中国31个省份的面板数据研究技术创新、人力资本对中国城乡收入差距的空间溢出效应。结果表明:中国省级间技术创新水平、人力资本水平和城乡收入差距在空间分布上存在正向相关性;在控制了城镇化水平、基础设施水平、对外贸易水平和产业升级水平等变量后,技术创新水平的提高加大了本省城乡收入差距,而相邻省份技术创新水平的提高却能够显著缩小本省城乡收入差距。人力资本水平方面,本省城乡收入差距会伴随其水平的提高而缩小,然而邻近省份人力资本水平的提高则会扩大本省城乡收入差距。

Using the panel data 0f China＇s 31 provinces in 2006-2015 years,this paper explores the spatial spillover effects of technological innovation and human capital on the urban-rural income gap in China by using the spatial bin model（ SDM）. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the urban-rural income gap,the level of technological innovation and the level of human capital in China. By controlling the variables of the urbanization level,the infrastructure level,the level of foreign trade and industrial upgrading,the research found that the rise in the level of technology innovation can increase the income gap between urban and rural areas of the province,while the rise in the level of technological innovation in neighboring provinces can significantly narrow down the urban-rural income gap in the province. In terms of the level of human capital,the improvement of human capital level can effectively reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas; however,improving the level of human capital in neighboring provinces can significantly expand the income gap between urban and rural areas in this province.
