阳离子淀粉-胶体二氧化硅微粒助留助滤体系效果的评价

摘要 采用国产的阳离子淀粉和胶体二氧化硅,组合了一种微粒助留助滤体系,考察了其对一种加填了碳酸钙的纸料留着和滤水行为的影响,同时分析了其对成纸性能的影响。结果表明:阳离子淀粉的单一使用具有一定的助留效果,但助滤效果不明显;在阳离子淀粉基础上使用胶体二氧化硅.能明显提高纸料的滤水性能,同时相比于纸料总留着率的提高,填料留着率的提高更为明显:合理控制胶体二氧化硅的使用,不会导致纸张匀度的过度变差。使用这种微粒助留体系容易在造纸过程中获得留着、滤水、纸张匀度、纸料强度之间的平衡。 A mircroparticle system was combined by a cationic starch and a colloidal silica(both made domestically). Its effects on retention and drainage behavior of a filled stock, and on the properties of paper, were investigated. The results showed that, when the cationic starch was used as a single agent, it hada certain effect in promoting retention, hut that in promoting drainage was small. Then when the silica was used sequentially with the starch, the drainage of the stock was improved dramatically, in addition, the filler retention was improved to a more significant extent than the total retention. By controlling the dosage of silica properly, the paper formation could be well maintained. Using this mieroparticle syetem made it feasibly to achieve balance among retention, drainage, paper formation and paper properties.
