马克思主义社会公平理论指导下的农村养老服务供给实证研究——基于湖南省528份调查问卷

An Empirical Study on Aging-related Service Supply in Rural China under the Guidance of Marx's Theory of Social Justice——Based on 528 Questionnaires in Hu'nan

马克思主义社会公平理论认为:社会公平是具体的、历史的,是相对的而非绝对的,社会公平不是搞平均主义。在现有的村情背景下,农村养老服务供给不能完全照搬城市的养老服务供给模式,而应有步骤、有主次地推进。既要承认城乡之间的不公平和差异,也要通过改革,将这种不公平降到合理范围。无论城乡、区域、职业,所有老年人都应当公平地享有获取基本公共服务的机会,享受政策外溢所带来的红利。

According to Marx＇s theory of social justice, justice is relative under specific historical conditions, and social justice is absolutely not egalitarianism. Under the current conditions, rural areas should not copy the service providing models of urban areas and provide high-standard service in all areas and in an in-depth way. Instead, rural areas should identify key areas and promote this work step by step. We need to see the gap between rural and urban areas and reduce this gap to a reasonable range through reforms. Regardl should have an equal access to basic public ess of their localities and occupations, all older people services and enjoy the spillover effects of policies.
