25羟维生素D水平与2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取T_2DM77例,分为T_2DM组40例,DKA组37例,为正常对照组共42例,测定各组25(OH) D、肝功能、肾功能、空腹血糖(FPG)、血脂谱、24小时尿微量白蛋白定量(24hUALB)、空腹胰岛素(FCP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))、动脉血PH值、AB、SB、尿糖、尿酮等水平。结果:与正常对照组相比,T_2DM组与DKA组血清25(OH) D显著降低(P <0.01=;与T_2DM组比较,DKA组显著降低,P <0.05;以25(OH) D为应变量,25(OH) D与FPG、HbA_(1c)、24hUALB呈负相关(P <0.05),与FCP正相关(P <0.05),与DKA组PH、AB、SB正相关(P <0.05);采用Spearman分别与尿酮、尿糖进行相关性分析发现,25(OH) D与尿酮、尿糖无关(P> 0.05)。结论:患者血清25(OH) D低于正常,且多数DKA患者25(OH) D水平严重缺乏,25羟维生素D可能与2型糖尿病酮症酸中毒发病相关。
