丹参川芎嗪注射液联合针灸治疗突发性耳聋的有效性及安全性分析

Effectiveness and safety analysis of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness

目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合针灸治疗突发性耳聋的有效性及安全性。方法 60例突发性耳聋患者,根据临床随机对照原则分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予常规措施治疗,对照组在常规措施基础上加用针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗。比较两组患者疗效、不良反应发生情况及听力情况。结果治疗前,两组患者低频区、高频区听力测试值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者低频区听力测试值明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见不良反应,无肝肾功能异常。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合针灸治疗突发性耳聋疗效较好,尤其对于低频区听力改善明显,且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods A total of 60 patients with sudden deafness were divided into observation group and control group according to the clinical randomized control principle, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups were given conventional therapy, the control group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of conventional measures, the observation group was given Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions and hearing condition between the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the hearing test values of the low-frequency and highfrequency regions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the hearing test value of low-frequency region in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. No adverse reactions were found in the two groups, and there was no abnormal liver and kidney function. Conclusion The efficacy of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with acupuncture in the treatment of sudden deafness is better, especially for low-frequency hearing improvement is obvious, and with higher safety.
