同伴教育对心力衰竭患者主观幸福感、心理弹性及自我效能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析同伴教育对心力衰竭患者主观幸福感、心理弹性及自我效能的影响。方法搜集108例心力衰竭患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,均为54例。其中对照组行常规教育,观察组行同伴教育。观察对比两组主观幸福感、心理弹性及自我效能水平变化。结果经3个月健康教育,观察组主观幸福感量表中正性情感、正性体验、负性情感、负性体验项目评分及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心理弹性量表中坚韧、自强及乐观维度评分及总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组自我效能水平评分明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论为心力衰竭患者开展同伴教育可增强其主观幸福感及心理弹性,有利于激发患者自我效能,稳定病情,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the influence of peer education on subjective well-being,psychological flexibility and self-efficacy in patients with heart failure. Methods 108 patients with heart failure were enrolled. According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,54 cases in each group. The control group received routine education and the observation group received peer education. Observed and contrasted the changes in subjective well-being,psychological flexibility and selfefficacy. Results After 3 months of health education,the positive emotion,positive experience,negative emotion,negative experience item score and total score of the subjective well-being scale in observation group were higher than the control group( P〈0.05). The toughness,self-improvement and optimistic dimension scores and total scores of the elastic scale were higher than those of the control group( P〈0.05). The self-efficacy scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group( P〈0.05).Conclusions Peer education for patients with heart failure could enhance their subjective well-being and psychological flexibility,which is conducive to stimulating patients' self-efficacy and stabilizing the disease. It is worth promoting.
