几种天然植物驱蚁效果探究--基于生活发现的中学生物学实验教学设计

摘要 以树栖型尼科巴弓背蚁为实验对象,利用自制的蚂蚁观察装置探究3种天然植物薄荷、青椒和柠檬的驱蚁效果,实验结果表明,驱蚁效果由强到弱为:青椒>柠檬>薄荷。实验操作较简便,源于生活中的点滴发现,将其应用于中学实验教学不仅可以提高学生防治蚁害的意识,而且还能提升学生实验操作的能力,增强学生的生物学科素养,培养学生的创新精神以及让学生学会从生活中挖掘科学的奥妙。
