Post-Crisis Regulatory Reform: Collaborative Financial Regulation and Monetary Policy

2008年金融危机暴露出各国金融监管体系的缺陷,以美国为代表的多个发达经济体均对其金融监管体系进行了大规模的调整。其中,危机发源地美国,受危机波及影响最大的英国,以及在危机之中表现稳健的德国,均在此后进行了不同程度的金融监管体系改革。本文从各国金融监管制度和改革的对比,来寻找值得中国借鉴之处。

The financial crisis in 2008 exposed the shortcomings of financial supervision systems in various countries. Many developed economies have made large-scale adjustments to their financial supervision systems. Among them, the United States, where the crisis originated, the United Kingdom, which was most affected by the crisis, and Germany, which was stable during the crisis, have since undergone various levels of financial regulatory reform. This article compares the financial supervision system and reforms of various countries to find out what is worth learning from China.
