基于生存质量观察“十八段锦”对2型糖尿病患者干预作用

The effect of “Shi Ba Duan Jin” on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients based on quality of life

目的观察"十八段锦"对2型糖尿病患者生存质量的作用。方法将符合入组标准的60名2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各30人,对照组在药物治疗的基础上给予基础饮食运动指导,干预组在对照组的基础上加十八段锦练习。采用《糖尿病生存质量特异量表》评估糖尿病患者的生存质量。干预3个月后,比较2组在体重、腹围、空腹血糖以及生存质量积分的变化。结果与对照相比,干预组空腹血糖、体重以及腹围均有显著下降(P均<0. 01)。干预组在改善生理、心理、社会关系、治疗等4个维度方面,均显著优于对照组(P <0. 01),尤其在生理症状和心理状态方面优势明显。结论规律练习十八段锦有助于2型糖尿病患者控制血糖和体重,同时还能改善糖尿病患者的生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of ＂ Shi Ba Duan Jin＂on improving the quality of life of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Each group had 30 patients. The control group was given basic dietary and exercise based on the medicine,while＂Shi Ba Duan Jin＂was added to the intervention group. ＂Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale＂（ DSQL） to assess quality of life in diabetic patients. After 3 months of intervention,the changes in body weight,abdominal circumference,fasting blood glucose,and quality of life scores were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose,body weight and abdominal circumference of intervention group all decreased significantly（ P〈0. 01）. The intervention group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the physiology,psychology,social relations,and treatment（ P〈0. 01）,especially in the physiological symptoms and psychological status. Conclusion ＂Shi Ba Duan Jin＂could help patients with type 2 diabetes in both controling their blood glucose and body weight,as well as improving their quality of life.
