王嘉麟教授应用白头翁汤化裁治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验

Professor Wang Jialin's experience of ulcerative colitis with modified Baitouweng Decoction

王嘉麟教授是全国著名中医专家,从医70余年,在治疗溃疡性结肠炎等疑难病证方面积累了丰富的临床经验。本文总结王嘉麟教授应用白头翁汤化裁治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验,对比分析王嘉麟教授自拟加减白头翁汤与《伤寒论》白头翁汤之异同,同时对临床如何灵活应用自拟加减白头翁汤的11种加减法,进行了较为详尽的论述,展现其重视调节人体阴阳平衡的用药特点,并列举典型案例以期更好地传承名老中医的学术思想和临床经验,提高治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。

Professor Wang Jialin is a nationally renowned expert in traditional Chinese medicine. He has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and other difficult diseases for more than 70 years. This paper summarized professor Wang Jialin＇s experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with Baitouweng decoction,the similarities and differences between professor Wang Jialin＇s modified Baitouweng decoction and that recorded in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease were compared and analyzed,then made a more detailed discussion on how to apply the 11 kinds of modified methods of Wang Jialin＇s Baitouweng decoction. Furthermore,this paper shows the characteristic of medicine that pay attention to the balance of Yin and Yang,and lists the typical cases. The purpose of this paper is that emphasize a positive role in inheriting the experience and academic thoughts of famous veteran doctor and improving the clinical efficacy of ulcerative colitis.
