摘要
以纤维素浆粕为原料,经电子束辐照降解、湿法磨浆、高压均质处理,成功制备出纳米纤维素分散液。结果表明,纳米纤维素制备优化工艺为:纤维分散液质量分数为2%,磨浆次数为5次,NaOH质量分数为5%,吸收剂量为100 kGy,由此制备出的纳米纤维素直径在60 nm左右,长度为1μm左右。
Cellulose pulp was used as raw material and a nano-cellulose dispersion was successfully prepared via electron beam radiation degradation, wet refining, and high-pressure homogenization treatment. The results showed that the parameters in the nano-cellulose preparation optimization process were as follows: the fiber dispersion concentration was 2%, refining frequency was 5 times, alkali concentration was 5%, and absorbed dose was 100 kGy. The diameter and length of the prepared nano-cellulose were approximately 60 nm and 1 μm, respectively
