中药雄黄毒的历史认识与现代研究

The historical cognition and evaluation of Realgar toxicity

雄黄为临床常用中药,因含有砷元素而易引起毒性反应。本文通过查阅历代本草文献中对其毒性的记载,结合现代研究,从引起毒性反应的物质基础、分子机制,毒性反应的临床主要表现及对策,评价雄黄毒性反应与药效活性的关系,以期为雄黄毒的科学认识及其临床合理应用提供参考。

Realgarhas been widely used in clinic,but at the same time,it possesses toxicity because of containing arsenic. In order to provide a scientific understanding of Realgar toxicity and a reference for clinical use of Realgar,this article evaluates the relationship between the toxic reaction and pharmacodynamic activity of Realgar,based on reviewing the research progress in literature of Realgar toxicity,and analyzing material basis,molecular mechanism,clinical manifestations and countermeasures to the toxic reactionaccording tomodern research.
