天然产物防治糖尿病周围神经病变的研究进展

Research Advancement of Natural Products on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treatment

糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性微血管并发症之一,严重影响病人的生活质量甚至危及生命。目前临床上针对糖尿病周围神经病变的药物缺乏,且存在疗效不确切,副作用多等问题。因此新型治疗药物需求迫切。众多研究表明,多种天然产物药物具有防治糖尿病周围神经病变的作用。天然产物具有多靶点、安全性高等优势,具有较好的开发前景。本文就具有防治糖尿病周围神经病变作用的天然产物进行归纳与总结,为新药开发提供线索。

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic microvascular complications of diabetes,and seriously affects the quality and even endangers lives of patients. There are lacked of drugs for diabetic peripheral neuropathy in clinical practice despite with poor efficacy and many side effects. Therefore,the demand for new therapeutic drugs is urgent. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of natural products can prevent and treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Natural products have many advantages such as having multi-targets,higher safety,hence have good drug development prospects. This paper summarized available natural products that can prevent and treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy,with the purpose of providing clues for novel drug development.
