蜚蠊入药有悠久的历史,良好的消炎解毒和促创面修复作用被长期的临床应用所证实,并有多个产品批准上市。近年来,随着对美洲大蠊及其提取物生物活性研究的不断深入,其抗肿瘤、组织修复、增强免疫及其对心血管疾病的效果受到关注,并被广泛应用于临床研究。本文对美洲大蠊化学成分、药理作用及其临床疗效的研究现状进行总结,为进一步深入探究活性成分及作用机理打下基础。

Blattodea has a long history of medicinal use,the long-term clinical application confirms that it has the good anti-inflammatory,detox and repair effect on the wound,and a number of products were approved for marketing. With a large number of studies on Periplaneta americana in recent years,it shows a variety of medicinal actions,such as anti-tumor,tissue repair,enhancing immunity and the efficacy on cardiovascular diseases. These characteristics attract people’s attention and are widely used in clinical research. This review summarizes the current situation of chemical components,pharmacological actions and clinical efficacy of Periplaneta americana,and provides the basis for the further exploration of the active ingredients and the mechanism of action.
