S100β蛋白在脑血管病中的临床意义及研究进展 被引量:10

The Clinical Significance and Research Progress of S100β Protein in Cerebrovascular Disease

摘要 S100β蛋白是中枢神经系统的特异性蛋白质,是近年来研究较多的血清生物标志物之一。多项研究表明S100β蛋白在缺血性脑卒中、脑卒中后抑郁、蛛网膜下腔出血等脑血管病中均有升高,且对梗死体积和溶栓后疗效有一定的预测价值。文中就S100β蛋白检测在脑血管病中的临床意义及研究进展作综述。 S100β protein is one of the most studied serum biomarkers in recent years. It is a specific protein of the central nervous system tissue. In recent years, many studies have shown that S100β protein is elevated in ischemic stroke, post-stroke depression, subarachnoid hemorrhage and other cerebrovascular diseases, and has certain predictive value for infarct volume and post-thrombolytic efficacy. This review focused on the function of S100 B protein in the clinical significance and research progress of nervous system disease.
