摘要 针对车间在线悬浮粒子监测系统CIMScan软件操作界面权限配制不合理、数据存储不安全、软件运行不稳定等数据完整性问题,结合当前主流工控软件的设计,提出改进方案,重新设计操作界面和控制程序,实现权限自由分配,系统配置和数据存储的安全,实现了数据完整性的要求,实际使用后取得了良好的效果。 In the view of the workshop online monitoring system for non-viable particles in service, it has some data integrity problems such as unauthorized operation on interface of CIMScan, unsafe data storage and unstable operation. Therefore, combined with the design of the popular software in the pharmaceutical industry, we propose improvement plan to redesign the interface of software and program to meet the requirement of data integrity. After a series of tests, new software can assign permissions to specific users freely, configure system and store data safely. It can realize the requirement of data integrity.
