摘要
为了将改性聚乳酸纤维滤棒应用于工业生产,本文进行了改性聚乳酸纤维滤棒(乳纤滤棒)的批量生产,共生产合格乳纤滤棒846万支,并卷制红梅样品卷烟3861万支,通过连续生产,对比分析了改性聚乳酸纤维滤棒与醋纤滤棒在发射机、输送管、卷烟机以及废烟支回收等流程的上机适应性差别,以及乳纤滤棒对卷烟产品的质量特性的影响,结果表明:(1)改性聚乳酸纤维滤棒在滤棒发射段、管道输送过程、烟支卷接、废烟支回收过程中的上机适应较好,与醋纤滤棒基本无差别;(2)改性聚乳酸纤维滤棒卷烟产品物理质量、外观质量、烟气特性、感官质量稳定,满足大规模生产要求;(3)改性聚乳酸纤维滤棒在红梅卷烟大生产及实际应用中效果较好。
In order to use modified polylactic acid filter rod in industrial production,the modified polylactic acid fiber filter rod have been put into batch process production, 8,460,000 qualified filter and 38,610,000 Hongmei sample cigarette were produced, through continuous production, the adaptability of the modified polylactic acid fiber rod in the process of filter emission, pipeline transportation, cigarette machines and cigarette waste recycling,and the quality characteristics of cigarette products was studied and analysised, the results are as follows: firstly, modified polylactic filter rod ran steadily in the cellulose scetate fibrerod bonding machine, filter emission, pipeline transportation, cigarette machines and cigarette waste recycling processes, and showed basically no difference with acetate filter. Secondly, physical product quality, appearance quality, flue gas characteristics, and stability, sensory quality of modified polylactic acid cigarette filter rods can meet the requirements of batch process. Thirdly, the modified polylactic acid filter rod Hongmei (white) in the application better.
