Investigations of Pixiu Dance in Jiulong Town, Huangpu District,Guangzhou City

广东省广州市黄埔区九龙镇的舞貔貅习俗历经数百年传承至今,承载了客家人的文化记忆。九龙镇的舞貔貅已经纳入广东省非物质文化遗产名录,近年来更是表现活跃,屡创佳绩。然而从长远观之,该地的舞貔貅仍面临如何进一步保护和发展的问题,亟待加强传承人培养,完善公共财政投资文化设施制度、文化考核和激励制度、文化传承机制体制和文化创新机制体制等方面的工作。

By doing field investigation, interviews with experts and literature review, this paper analyzedthe development of Pixiu dance of Jiulong town, one of the most prominent areas taking protection andinheritance of Pixiu dance. The findings showed that Pixiu dance in Jiulong Town, one of intangible culturalheritages of Guangdong Province, was increasingly active and has won numerous awards in recent years, but itstill faced the problem of transformation and innovation in the long term. It was urgent to establishacomprehensive system to protect the inheritor and promote cultural investment, assessment, motivation,inheriting, and innovation.
