血液灌流治疗儿童重症过敏性紫癜的临床观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing of hemoperfusion in the treatment of Children severe henoch schonlein purpura

目的:观察血液灌流治疗重症过敏性紫癜的临床疗效,并探讨治疗过程中的护理方法。方法:64例重症过敏性紫癜患儿,采用随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组采取内科常规治疗措施(抗过敏、抗凝、抗炎治疗等),观察组除常规治疗外增加血液灌流治疗并进行规范化护理。比较两组患儿的血液指标以及症状缓解时间。结果:治疗后,两组患儿各项血液指标水平较治疗前均下降(P <0. 05),且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组皮疹消退、腹痛与关节痛消失以及肉眼血便消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:血液灌流对重症过敏性紫癜患儿具有理想的疗效,能够较快的缓解病情,缩短病程;规范化的护理是血液灌流治疗成功的保障。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion in the treatment of severe henoch schonlein purpura,and explore the nursing process in the treatment. Methods： 64 cases of severe henoch schonlein purpura were selected as the research object,were divided into two groups randomly,the control group were only given conventional medical treatment （anti allergic,anticoagulant,anti-inflammatory therapy）,the observation group in addition to routine therapy increased hemoperfusion and standardized nursing.The blood parameters and time of symptom remission were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment,the blood indexes levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （ P 〈0.05）,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The abdominal pain,joint pain,rash disappeared and gross blood stool disappear time in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hemoperfusion is effective in the treatment of children with severe henoch schonlein purpura.It can relieve the disease,shorten the course of disease,and standardize nursing is the guarantee for successful treatment of hemoperfusion.
