摘要 某碳酸盐型萤石矿中方解石含量高,方解石与萤石分离较为困难。以皂化油酸为捕收剂、硫酸铝和水玻璃组合为调整剂、PG为选择性抑制剂,进行了浮选试验研究,确定了磨矿细度-0.075 mm粒级占85%、矿浆pH值6~6.5、硫酸铝用量1 200 g/t、水玻璃用量600 g/t、皂化油酸用量600 g/t、PG用量1 300 g/t等主要粗选试验条件,闭路试验获得品位97.24%、回收率70.66%的萤石精矿,很好地实现了萤石和方解石的分离。 The high content of calcite in a earDonate-type fluorite [)rings difficulty t})r the separation of calcite and fluorite therein. Flotation tests were carried out by using saponified oleie acid as the collector, a combination of aluminum sulfate and water glass as the regulator, and PG as the selective inhibitor. The main roughing parameters were optimized as Mlows: grinding fineness of -0.075 mm 85%, pH value of 6-6.5, dosage for aluminum sulfate at 1 200 g/t, water glass of 600 g/t, saponified oleie acid of 600 g/t and PG of 1 300 g/t. A fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade and reeovery of 97.24% and 70.66%, respectively, was obtained from the closed-circuit test, indicating the separation of calcite and fluorite was realized.
