摘要
甘肃某铷矿资源中铷主要赋存于黑云母矿物中,针对该矿石中黑云母粒径范围宽、粗细悬殊、分布分散的特点,采用粗磨、高梯度磁选、磁选尾矿再磨脱泥后浮选的工艺流程回收矿石中含铷黑云母矿物,闭路试验获得了Rb2O品位0.84%、Rb2O回收率49.77%的黑云母精矿,为该矿石的开发利用提供了技术依据。
Rubidium mainly exists in biotite in some rubidium mineral from Gansu Province. In view of wide range of size fraction, great differenee between the coarse and tine grain size, as well as scattered distribution of biotite, a process consisting of coarse grinding, high gradient magnetic separation, regrinding of railings from the previous step, and flotation alter de-sliming was adopted to recover rubidium-containing biotite in the ore. The closed-circuit test with this process resulted in biotite concentrate with Rb20 grade at 0.84% and recovery of 49.77%, which can provide some technical reterenee for the development and utilization of such kind of ore.
