摘要
在石煤提钒酸浸过程中加入助浸剂硝酸钠,研究了石煤氧化浸出机理。单因素和正交试验结果表明,在浸出温度95℃、固液比1∶2、硫酸用量27%、浸出时间11 h、搅拌速度600 r/min、硝酸钠用量1%时,钒浸出率为93.04%。直接酸浸和氧化酸浸动力学研究表明,直接酸浸过程钒浸出属于化学反应控制,表观活化能为70.41 k J/mol;氧化酸浸过程钒浸出属于化学反应控制,表观活化能为47.43 k J/mol。氧化酸浸可以降低活化能,有利于石煤中钒的浸出。
A leaching aid, sodium nitrate was added into the acid leaching process of vanadium from stone coal for investigating the mechanism of oxidative leaching of stone coal. The single taetor experiment and orthogonal test showed that leaching at 95 ℃ for 11 h with solid-liquid ratio at 1:2, stilting speed at 600 r/min, dosage of sulihrie acid and sodium nitrate at 27% and 1%, respectively, resulted in the leaching rate of vanadium reaching 93.04%. Kinetics of direct acid leaching and oxidative acid leaching indicated that vanadium extraction in direct acid leaching process was controlled by chemical reaction, and the apparent activation energy was estimated to be 70.41 k J/tool. And vanadium extraction in oxidative acid leaching was also controlled by chemical reaction with the apparent activation energy estimated to be 47.43 kJ/mol. It is concluded that oxidative acid leaching eouht lower the activation energy, thus beneficial to the leaching of vanadium from stone coal.
