消岩汤联合大株红景天注射液改善恶性肿瘤患者血液高凝状态的临床研究

Clinical study on Xiaoyan decoction combined with Sofren injection in improving hypercoagulability of malignant tumor patients

[目的]观察消岩汤联合大株红景天注射液改善恶性肿瘤患者血液高凝状态的临床疗效。[方法]将80例合并存在血液高凝状态的恶性肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(大株红景天注射液)40例,观察组(消岩汤联合大株红景天注射液)40例。两组均予大株红景天注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上加用消岩汤口服治疗。21 d为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程。分别观察各组治疗前后血浆中凝血酶原时间(PT)、D-二聚体(D-D2)、血小板计数(PLT)水平及中医症状积分、卡氏评分(KPS)变化。[结果]消岩汤联合大株红景天注射液可以降低患者血液中D-D2水平,降低血小板,有效改善患者血液高凝状态。观察组较对照组可以改善恶性肿瘤患者一般症状,提高患者生活质量。[结论]消岩汤联合大株红景天注射液可以显著改善恶性肿瘤患者血液高凝状态,并提高患者生活质量。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyan decoction combined with Sofren injection on improving hypercoagulability of malignant tumor.[Methods] Eighty cases of malignant tumor with hypercoagulable state were divided into 40 cases （Sofren injection） and 40 cases of the observation group （Xiaoyan decoction combined with Sofren injection）. The two groups were treated with Sofren injection, and the combined group was given Xiaoyan decoction on the basis of the treatment. The 21 days for the 1 course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of observation. The plasma levels of prothrombin time （PT）, D-two polymer （D-D2） and platelet count （PLT） were observed before and after treatment, and the changes of TCM syndrome score and KPS score were observed.[Results] Xiaoyan decoction combined with Sofren injection can reduce the level of D-D2 in blood, reduce platelet, and effectively improve the hypercoagulability state of patients. Xiaoyan decoction combined with Sofren injection group larger Rhodiola injection can improve the general symptoms of malignant tumor and improve the quality of life of patients.[Conclusion] Xiaoyan decoction combined with Sofren injection can significantly improve the hypercoagulability of malignant tumor and improve the quality of life of patients.
